This page explains how to delete your Money Quest account and the data associated with it. Money Quest is published by KAKEL ENTERPRISES LLC. You can request deletion whether or not you currently have the app installed.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

If you signed in (with Google or Apple):

  1. Open Money Quest and go to Profile → Settings → Account.
  2. Choose Delete account (or sign out and use Reset progress to clear on-device data).
  3. Confirm. Your account and synced data are scheduled for deletion.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email info@kakelenterprises.com from the address linked to your account (or include your account email), with the subject “Money Quest account deletion.” We will verify the request and delete your data.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, profile photo, user ID from Google/Apple sign-in).
  • Your game data (mission progress, XP, stars, streaks, settings).
  • Your leaderboard entry.

Timing & retention

Account data is deleted within 30 days of a verified request. We may retain a limited amount of data where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, and we delete it once that purpose is met. Anonymous or aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained.

If you never signed in

If you played Money Quest without an account, your progress is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app (or using Settings → Reset progress) removes that local data; nothing is stored on our servers for guest play.
